Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how order and account cancellation works for AstroNirnay services.

1. Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation only before a paid report enters generation or delivery status. Once generation starts, cancellation may not be possible because the service is immediately consumed.

2. Instant Digital Delivery

Most report products are digital and delivered quickly. Orders marked as delivered, fulfilled, or downloaded are treated as completed and cannot usually be cancelled.

3. Subscription or Recurring Plans

If recurring billing is offered, cancellation stops future renewals. The current active billing period remains available and is usually non-refundable unless covered by our Refund Policy.

4. How to Request Cancellation

Send your cancellation request to admin@astronirnay.com with your order ID, registered contact details, and reason for cancellation.

5. Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time. Some data may be retained as required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, and audit obligations under applicable law.

6. Platform-Initiated Cancellation

We may cancel or suspend orders/accounts for fraud risk, chargeback abuse, legal non-compliance, or violations of our Terms of Service.
