At Astro Nirnay, we strive to provide the best astrology consultation experience. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Important: Refunds are limited to technical issues only (non-delivery, payment processing errors, or service not initiated due to technical errors). Once a consultation or report has been delivered, refunds are not available.

1. When Refunds Are Not Available

The following circumstances do not qualify for refunds:

  • Service Already Delivered: Once a consultation, report, or answer has been generated and delivered to you, fees are non-refundable. This includes any astrological report, prediction, or consultation response that has been sent to your email or made available through our platform.
  • Dissatisfaction with Content: Refunds are not available for dissatisfaction with astrological guidance, predictions, or interpretations, as these are subjective and based on traditional astrological principles and AI-assisted analysis.
  • Change of Mind: If you change your mind after payment but before service delivery, refunds may be considered only if the service has not yet been initiated or generated.
  • Incorrect Information Provided: If you provide incorrect birth details or personal information that affects the consultation, refunds are not available. However, you may request a re-consultation with corrected information at our discretion.

2. When Refunds May Be Considered

Refunds may be considered in the following limited circumstances:

  • Non-Delivery: If you have not received your consultation, report, or answer within 48 hours of payment confirmation, and technical issues on our end are confirmed.
  • Payment Processing Errors: If there was a technical error in payment processing resulting in duplicate charges, incorrect amounts charged, or payment failures where the service was not initiated.
  • Service Not Initiated: If payment was successful but the service was not initiated due to a technical error on our platform, and you contact us within 24 hours of payment.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, you must follow this process:

  • Contact Us: Send an email to support@astronirnay.com with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Payment Reference]".
  • Time Limit: Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of your payment for non-delivery or technical error cases. Requests submitted after this period may not be considered.
  • Required Information: Your refund request must include:
    • Payment reference number or transaction ID
    • Question ID or consultation ID (if applicable)
    • Date and time of payment
    • Reason for refund request with detailed explanation
    • Your registered email address
  • Review Period: We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. During this period, we may request additional information or clarification.
  • Refund Processing: If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. The exact timeline may vary depending on your payment provider (Razorpay, bank, etc.).

4. Re-Work or Replacement

In certain cases, instead of a refund, we may offer:

  • Re-generation of a report or consultation if there was a technical error in the original delivery
  • Correction of a consultation if incorrect information was provided due to our error
  • Credit for future consultations at our discretion

These alternatives will be offered only when appropriate and at our sole discretion.
